At Lea La Belle, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
a. Contact Us
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@lealabelle.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
b. Return Authorization
Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the items.

- Include the RAN and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lea La Belle is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
a. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a gift card will be issued automatically within 5-10 business days.
b. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
c. Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
a. Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
b. Shipping Costs
For exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
a. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
b. Resolution
We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

7. International Returns and Exchanges
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with your return or exchange.
